OHP4 Operate & Maintain: Crushing & Screening – MAC

In August 2022, PMW Industries proudly secured a five-year Operate and Maintain contract for the OHP4 Crushing and Screening Plant at BHP’s Mining Area C. This milestone was achieved under an agreement with BHP, where we’re entrusted with the operation and maintenance of a semi-mobile crushing and screening plant, supported by our strategic partner, CSI Mining Services.
Since the start of the contract, PMW Industries has consistently delivered outstanding results, with one of the most impressive achievements occurring in July 2024. Our team helped the OHP4 Plant reach a record-breaking 24-hour crushing output, marking the highest tonnes ever crushed in a single shift since the plant’s inception at MAC.
In addition to plant operation, PMW Industries provides critical ancillary equipment and a specialized fixed plant labour force to support ongoing project needs.
We’re also proud of our commitment to fostering local talent, having successfully guided eight Indigenous trainees through their Cert IV in Resource Processing. Thanks to the hands-on experience gained at OHP4, these trainees have graduated to become skilled Fixed Plant Operators under the traineeship program facilitated by CSI Mining Services.
