Paula White
Founder & Managing Director
Paula is the founder of PMW Industries and its Managing Director. She has a long track record in delivery of major mining services and civil projects over the last 20 years. This includes complex earth moving work, rehabilitation and rail maintenance work. She has previously worked for the Gumula Aboriginal Corporation, where she supported Banjima, Nyiyaparli and Innawonga Traditional Owners and their children in education, employment and ensuring their long term future. She is currently the Chairperson for the Banjima Native Title Aboriginal Corporation. Prior to this Paula spent 8 years with the WA Department of Justice.
Dave Munro
Operations Manager
Dave is an operations and maintenance professional having held senior roles in Australia and abroad.
He is a strategic and results-driven leader with extensive experience in the mining services and energy sectors,
specialising in optimising operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring sustainable growth.
With a diverse technical foundation that began in the fields of electrical and instrumentation he has expanded his knowledge
across multiple disciplines which is further complemented with a strong business acumen and commercial focus.
Outside of work Dave and his wife Karen have six children and enjoy the outdoors which has kept them busy.

Cherie Quathamer
Office Manager
Cherie is the PMW Industries Office Manager and has responsibility for areas such as Finance, HR, Compliance and Office Administration generally. She is an integral part of the business with strong interpersonal skills and interaction with our suppliers and clients. Cherie has many years of experience in this role with PMW Industries and other companies in Western Australia.
Dylan Henderson
Asset Manager
Dylan is a Mining Services Assistant with PMW Industries and he is frequently involved in activities such as onboarding of new employees for our projects, inductions and training of new personnel. Dylan is currently studying Finance at University and supports our Commercial Manager Pas Stellitano on current projects.
Emma Jeakings
Office Administrator & Ganalili Bookings Coordinator
Emma supports the team at PMW Industries in various ways including the main reception, miscellaneous tasks for Paula White and arranging support for Banjima Indigenous community members when they travel to Perth, to stay in the Ganalili Units.
Rachel Waterhouse
Karratha Office
Rachel is our Karratha office representative and has oversight of all PMW Industries activities in the Pilbara including the management of our yard facilities in Karratha.
